Price FAQs
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes — a 30% deposit confirms your dates and package, payable by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. The remaining balance is settled on arrival in cash (IDR) or by card (a small card-processing fee applies). We'll send a simple payment link or bank details once you confirm your package on WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund of the deposit for cancellations 14+ days before your arrival date. 50% refund for cancellations 7-13 days before arrival. No refund inside 7 days, though we will always try to move your dates instead of losing your deposit outright if you give us notice.
Do prices change with the season?
Yes, by roughly 10%. High season (June-August and December-January) carries a small premium due to higher accommodation demand across the Bukit Peninsula. Shoulder and low season (February-May, September-November) are the better-value months for the same coaching quality.
What currency should I pay in?
All our listed prices are in USD, which is how we invoice deposits. The balance on arrival can be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) cash at that day's bank rate, or USD cash, or by card. We do not mark up the exchange rate — IDR equivalents shown on this page use an approximate rate of 1 USD ≈ 15,800 IDR and will differ slightly from the rate on your actual travel date.
Is there a discount for groups or longer stays?
The 14-Day Surf Camp already prices in a volume discount versus booking two separate 7-day weeks back to back. For groups of 4 or more booking the same package and dates, message us on WhatsApp — we can usually offer a small group rate.
What is NOT included in the package price?
International flights, travel insurance, lunch and dinner beyond the included welcome dinner, and personal gear. Add-ons like extra lessons, extra nights or photo packages are priced separately below.
